Marketech's fully equipped machine shop offers CNC machining and custom metal fabrications services, specializing in high speed machining, prototyping and complex tight-tolerance components. In addition to machining traditional materials like aluminum, brass, copper, plastics and titanium, our machinists are not afraid to take on the "challengeing stuff" --- explosive bonded materials, tungsten alloys, tantalum, TZM, molybdenum, beryllium and hastelloy, to name a few.
Our shop specializes in prototype machining, as well as large production runs and assemblies. In house capabilities include CNC precision machining, including 5-axis milling. Mill working envelopes are 72” x 30” x 30” and lathe capacity is 20” OD x 17” in length. Our CNC lathes are equipped with live tooling and sub-spindle. We perform all types of fabrication services including welding and brake work services with our CNC 90 ton press brake.
Over the years we have developed solid partnerships with local suppliers to provide secondary services including heat treating, plating, passivating, EDM, water jet cutting, grinding and many more. All production is tracked through our comprehensive ERP system. We follow AS9100C quality standards and implement lean manufacturing practices.
